I do love her books and have to say she's a really lovely lady too (I've done a little re-enactment with Elizabteh - well Susan acutally - and she's been an inspiration and great help in my medieval research that I pick up and put down a lot!)
Welcome to Sheffield! I work in Broomhill for a countryside charity but even though I've worked here for 6 years I don't know the city at all. I live near the Staffs/Derbs border which is a hidden bit of the Peak District that I definitley think is the most beautiful! I'm sure you'll discover so many delights here, especially in and around Bakewell (fab Farmer's Market, bookshop and lovely places to eat and shop). Hope you don't miss Cambridge too much, at least you're on the right side of the country to pop back on the train!
Stephx - amazing holiday pictures btw, wow!Curlew Countryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05743251099471763243noreply@blogger.com
